Debugger is back

The Desktop version of the FX-603P Simulator now features the same debugger panels as the FX-602P Simulator. The debugger panels both help in development of the simulator and for the simulator.

I hove used the new debugger to fix a long standing “missing feature”: The two line display with 16 alpha characters in the first line and a numeric display in the second line.
